Pilot terms

The free pilot

The pilot lasts four weeks and has no fee. We give you an Emilia workspace where your learners practice English with an AI tutor, vocabulary practice, lessons, and quizzes, and where your teachers follow their progress and create class materials.

Either of us can end the pilot at any time by sending an email.

A pilot-stage product

• Features can change, be added, or be removed during the pilot.
• AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.
• Your teachers make the teaching and grading decisions.

Your part

• You decide which learners use Emilia, and you create their accounts.
• You get any permission that a parent or guardian must give under the rules that apply to you.
• You enter only the data Emilia needs. Do not enter ID numbers, birth dates, or home addresses.

Data

We handle learner and teacher data as the privacy notice says.

If the pilot ends and you do not continue, you can ask us by email to erase your workspace data. We will confirm in writing when it is done. We do not promise a time for this yet.

Acceptable use

• Use Emilia only for teaching and learning.
• Keep usernames and passwords private.
• Do not try to break into, overload, or copy Emilia.
• Do not use Emilia to harass anyone or to share harmful or illegal content.

No promise about results

We provide Emilia as it is during the pilot. We do not promise any learning results or test scores, or that Emilia will always be available or free of errors.

Law and courts

The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these terms. Any dispute about them is decided by the courts in Georgia.
